Our classes are so popular that we’ve dedicated separate studios to spinning and to yoga and pilates so that a larger variety of classes are available to our members within those disciplines.
Spinning offers high intensity interval training on bikes, a method proven highly effective for burning fat and boosting endurance in less time.
Yoga offers a gentler approach to fitness through toning, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and mindfulness. Pilates focuses on the core physical and neurological mechanics of movement, laying a strong foundation for any other fitness program or movement art.
In addition, we offer Water Aerobics for aquatic fitness, Zumba, Body Pump, Body Chaos, and Piyo, as well as martial arts classes including Taekwondo and Jiu Jitsu so that you can address specific fitness needs and enjoy a variety of classes.
All of our classes can fit into your own personal fitness program, or can serve as fitness programs in and of themselves!
Instructors for our classes are knowledgeable and excellent at making sure students are able to adapt exercises in the class to their needs and fitness level. No need to be intimidated: just jump in and we’ll help you find your place.
